Returns and Shipping

OUR POLICY

All goods must be returned unused. If good have been used, DK Stainless cannot issue a refund due to sanitay purposes. Returned items that are damaged or soiled by improper installation or misuse may not be accepted and returned to the customer. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (i.e., Order Number, Order Confirmation etc.).

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for any shipping costs incurred with returning your purchase.

When returning your items, you must notify us and ensure there is a postal tracking number as we cannot be held liable for any items lost in transit.

CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES

If you wish to change your order, you must contact our team at infous@dkstainless.com.au immediately or within twenty-four (24) hours of purchasing.

We cannot accept any order cancellation requests made after one (1) hour of order placement as your order will have already been processed through our system.

If you wish to cancel your order after the one (1) hour of purchasing, you are required to follow the returns and refunds processes as detailed below in RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE and REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

Goods are deemed faulty if they are received damaged or have any manufacturing faults or defects.

Any faulty goods must be returned within one seven (7) days of delivery and will be either replaced or refunded. You will be notified once the returned goods are received and inspected by our team.

Any damages, faults, and defects caused by improper installation or misuse of products (including damages caused by pets or foreign objects) is not covered by our Returns and Shipping, and Product Warranty policies.

RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your goods within thirty (30) days of order confirmation if the product has not been used.

If thirty (30) days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer any refunds or exchanges.

RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE (POWDERCOATED ITEMS)

All powder coated products and products from the DK Stainless Powdercoat Range can NOT be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged as they are custom item and made to order.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

You will be notified on the approval status of your refund once the returned goods are received and inspected by our team.

If you are approved, you will be refunded the cost of the item excluding the original shipping costs, as all shipping costs are non-refundable.

Your refund will be processed and applied to your credit/debit card or original method of payment.

Our Returns and Shipping, and Product Warranty policies do not allow for exchanges as most of our items are custom and subject to our customers individual needs (i.e., Water Inlet Side etc.).

If you are intending on exchanging or swapping your purchased goods you are required to follow our returns and refunds processes detailed above in RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE and REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received a refund, please double check your bank, credit provider or PayPal account before getting in contact with our team.

Refunds may take up to and anywhere between seven to ten (7-10) business days to be processed depending on your payment method, bank and/or credit provider.

SHIPPING

All shipping costs are non-refundable.

Any shipping costs incurred with RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE and REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES as outlined above within our Returns and Shipping and outside our Product Warranty policies are solely the customers responsibility. If you receive a refund, as outlined above in REFUNDS & EXCHANGES, you will be refunded the cost of the item minus the original shipping costs.

When returning your items, you must notify us and ensure there is a postal tracking number as we cannot be held liable for any items lost in transit. We encourage you to take photos of your items and packaging prior to any returns to avoid being held liable for any damages occurred in transit.

DK Stainless Pty Ltd. will not be liable for any delays in delivery or for failure to perform due to causes beyond the reasonable control by us, the Seller. This includes and is not limited to force majeure, acts of God, acts or omission from the Buyer, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, strikes, power surges or outages, epidemics, quarantine restrictions, floods, natural disasters, riots, wars, delays in transportation and postal networks, or the inability to obtain necessary labour, materials, or supplies.

SHIPPING - Return to sender

In the rare event your parcel was "returned to sender" we will notify you by email, provide a reason why and provide a process to either reship or refund your order.

If you like us to resend your parcel, an additional shipping fee will be incurred, as all shipping costs are non-refundable.

Prior to any reshipping of any “returned to sender” goods, we will double check and confirm your postal address with you, the Buyer.

SHIPPING - $30 EXPRESS SHIPPING

*$30 EXPRESS SHIPPING IS ONLY FOR ORDERS VALUED OVER $130.00 USD for US CUSTOMERS ONLY.

$30 EXPRESS SHIPPING is shipped via DHL EXPRESS WORLDWIDE.
All orders valued under $130.00 USD will be shipped via Australia Post International.

WARRANTY 

All products that are manufactured by us in stainless-steel are warranted against any manufacturing faults for ten (10) years from the date of purchase.

As we cannot guarantee there are not any debris or foreign objects in your individual water lines all other products that are not manufactured by us (i.e., all accessories – floats, stainless steel hose, brass elbow etc.) are only warranted against any manufacturing faults for four (4) months from the date of purchase.

Any damages caused by improper installation or misuse including damaged caused by pets or foreign objects will void the warranty.

Please note if your stainless-steel hose or float valve requires replacing after the four (4) months has passed, this will be at the expense of the customer and not DK Stainless Pty Ltd. 

Corrosion from saltwater environments is not covered by this warranty, this includes any products manufactured from stainless-steel marine grade SS316.

Powder coating has a one (1) year adhesion guarantee. Wear and tear (i.e., scratches, scuffs, dents, chips etc.) are not covered by this.

DISCLAIMER

All Pet products are intended for animal use only.

Our products are manufactured from high quality and durable stainless-steel and aluminium materials. All accessories (i.e., stainless-steel braided hoses, brass hardware, adapters, plumbing and fixings etc.) have been carefully tested, selected, and approved for use with our products. We cannot guarantee any additional items or accessories purchased from other sellers.

Please ensure you handle and install the products as specified by DK Stainless Pty Ltd.

By purchasing our products, you agree to indemnify DK Stainless Pty Ltd. for any damages or injuries associated with any improper installations or misuses of our products.
